Intellectual Property Notice

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice explains the ownership, permitted use and protection of the intellectual property of Strategin Consulting Group Limited ("SCG", "we", "our" or "us"). This Notice applies to all content, publications, frameworks, methodologies, digital resources, client materials and intellectual property made available through www.thinkstrategin.com, our client portal, communications, consulting engagements and partner network resources. This Notice should be read together with our Terms of Use and other legal documents published on our website.
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all intellectual property created, developed, published or made available by SCG is the exclusive property of Strategin Consulting Group Limited. This includes all copyright, design rights, database rights, trade marks, confidential information, proprietary know-how and other intellectual property rights recognised under applicable law. No ownership rights are transferred by accessing our website, downloading materials, receiving publications or engaging with our content.
2. Protected Materials
SCG's intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:

educational publications
articles and blog content
white papers
market reports
research publications
strategic frameworks
methodologies and processes
decision-making models
diagrams, flowcharts and visual frameworks
presentations and slide decks
branding, logos and visual identity
website design and content
client journey systems
partner network structures
proprietary business systems
AI-assisted research and publications
videos, webinars and educational recordings
downloadable resources and digital content
The selection, organisation, presentation, analysis and compilation of information within SCG materials are also protected intellectual property.
3. Copyright Protection
All SCG publications and materials are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by this Notice or by written agreement, no part of any SCG material may be reproduced, copied, stored, transmitted, published or distributed in any form or by any means.
4. Limited Personal Use
SCG grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use our materials solely for your own personal or internal business evaluation. You may:
view materials
download materials for personal or internal evaluation
print materials for your own use
share materials internally within your household or business for the purpose of evaluating a potential opportunity or service
This limited licence does not transfer ownership or create any commercial rights.
5. Prohibited Uses
Without SCG's prior written consent, you may not:
reproduce or copy SCG materials
publish or distribute them publicly
remove SCG branding or attribution
modify or adapt the content
create derivative works
translate publications
commercially exploit any material
sell, licence or sublicense our content
upload materials to another website or platform
use SCG materials to market competing services
incorporate SCG content into another publication
reproduce SCG frameworks, methodologies or systems
scrape or systematically extract website content
use automated tools to collect SCG materials
use SCG content for competitive analysis or commercial replication
6. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
SCG expressly prohibits the use of its intellectual property for the training, fine-tuning or development of artificial intelligence, machine learning or automated decision systems without prior written consent. This prohibition includes:
uploading SCG materials into commercial AI platforms for redistribution
using SCG content to train AI models
creating AI-generated derivative publications based on SCG materials
automated scraping for AI datasets
using SCG frameworks or publications as training data
generating competing AI-assisted content derived from SCG intellectual property
The use of AI tools for personal reading, summarisation or internal evaluation does not create any ownership rights or permission for further reproduction, distribution or commercial use.
7. Investor Packs, Strategic Road Maps & Publications
Investor Packs, Strategic Road Maps and other downloadable publications are prepared by SCG for educational and evaluation purposes. These materials often involve substantial research, analysis, design, compilation and strategic presentation. The fact that a publication contains information relating to a third-party opportunity does not permit reproduction or redistribution of the publication itself. Investor Packs may only be used for the purpose of evaluating the relevant opportunity or engaging with SCG or the relevant provider.
8. Third-Party Materials
Certain SCG publications may include information, images, branding, financial data or other materials supplied by independent third-party organisations. Such third-party content remains the intellectual property of its respective owner. SCG's copyright extends to the compilation, analysis, presentation, design, commentary, educational content and overall publication created by SCG. Nothing in this Notice grants any licence to use third-party intellectual property.
9. Client Engagements and Deliverables
All intellectual property created by SCG during a consulting engagement remains the property of SCG unless and until ownership is expressly transferred in writing through a fully executed Intellectual Property Assignment or Release and all fees due under the relevant engagement have been paid in full. Drafts, concepts, presentations, research, working documents, methodologies and interim deliverables remain SCG property unless expressly assigned in writing. Where ownership of final deliverables is transferred, SCG retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, including:
methodologies
frameworks
templates
strategic models
research methods
systems
processes
know-how
proprietary techniques
tools developed independently of the engagement
No transfer of underlying intellectual property is implied unless expressly stated in a written assignment agreement.
10. Reverse Engineering and Competitive Use
SCG's frameworks, methodologies, partner network structures, client journey systems, strategic models, operating processes and commercial methods may not be analysed, extracted, adapted or used for the purpose of creating competing products, services, advisory models, publications, training programmes or commercial offerings. The use of SCG materials to replicate, reverse engineer or compete with SCG's business model is strictly prohibited.
11. Watermarks and Document Tracking
SCG publications may contain unique identifiers, reference codes, digital watermarks or document tracking technologies designed to assist in identifying unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use. The removal, alteration or concealment of such identifiers is prohibited. SCG reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse of its intellectual property and to pursue appropriate legal remedies where unauthorised use is identified.
12. Attribution and Moral Rights
You may not:
remove SCG attribution from our materials
claim authorship of SCG content
present SCG work as your own
misrepresent the source of SCG publications
alter attribution information
use SCG branding in a manner that creates confusion regarding endorsement or affiliation
SCG reserves all moral rights and rights of attribution recognised under applicable law.
13. Permission Requests
Any request to reproduce, distribute, publish, quote, translate, adapt or otherwise use SCG intellectual property must be submitted in writing. Permission may be granted, refused or made subject to conditions at SCG's sole discretion. No permission is valid unless confirmed in writing by SCG.
14. Enforcement and Remedies
SCG actively protects its intellectual property and may investigate any suspected unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation, AI training use, scraping, reverse engineering or creation of derivative works. Where appropriate, SCG may pursue contractual, civil, equitable or other legal remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief, damages, recovery of profits, delivery up of infringing materials and recovery of legal costs where permitted. SCG's failure to enforce any right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right.
15. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted in this Notice are reserved by SCG. No implied licence, permission or consent is granted by the publication, transmission or availability of any SCG material.
16. Governing Law
This Notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
