These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Strategin Consulting Group Limited ("SCG", "we", "our" or "us"), including all associated websites, client portals, downloadable resources, digital publications and online services made available through www.thinkstrategin.com.
By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website.
1. About SCG
Strategin Consulting Group Limited is an International Business Company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles (IBC No. 247501). SCG is an independent strategic consulting firm. We provide strategic consulting, educational resources and introductions to carefully selected independent third-party professionals and organisations. SCG is not a licensed financial services provider and does not provide regulated investment management, investment advice, financial advice, brokerage, fiduciary, custodial or similar regulated financial services. Where regulated services are required, clients contract directly with appropriately authorised and regulated third-party providers under their own terms, regulatory obligations and privacy policies.
2. Eligibility
Our website and services are intended solely for individuals aged 21 years or older. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Nature of Our Services
SCG acts as an independent strategic consulting and introductions business. Our role is to assist individuals and organisations in understanding opportunities, assessing strategic considerations and identifying appropriately qualified specialists where regulated expertise is required. SCG does not:

receive or hold client funds
manage investments
arrange regulated financial products
provide regulated financial advice
act as an agent of any client or partner
Any contractual relationship relating to an opportunity is established directly between you and the relevant third-party provider.
5. Partner Network
SCG maintains relationships with selected independent organisations operating across a range of professional disciplines. Before joining our partner network, organisations undergo commercial, operational and regulatory due diligence appropriate to the nature of the services they provide. Our assessment reflects our independent judgement at the time of appointment and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance or ongoing suitability. Not every opportunity will be appropriate for every client. SCG reserves the right to decline or withhold introductions where we believe doing so is consistent with a client's objectives, our professional standards or the integrity of our partner network.
6. Educational Content
Articles, publications, investor information packs, reports, blogs, market commentary, videos, webinars and other resources are provided solely for general educational and informational purposes. Although reasonable care is taken in preparing our content, information may change over time and may not reflect the latest market developments or regulatory changes. 11. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

You may not use our website, publications or resources to identify, solicit, recruit or establish competing commercial relationships with members of our partner network, nor use SCG's materials to replicate or circumvent our introduction model. Nothing in this clause prevents you from engaging directly with a partner following a legitimate introduction facilitated by SCG.
14. Third-Party Providers
The website may contain information supplied by or relating to independent third-party organisations. Following an introduction, all consultations, regulated advice, onboarding, contractual arrangements and ongoing services are conducted exclusively between you and the relevant provider. SCG is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, representations or contractual obligations of independent third parties.
15. Referral Fees
SCG may receive referral fees or other commercial remuneration from members of its partner network where an introduction results in a completed engagement. Such arrangements do not influence our commitment to independent judgement or the selection of appropriate specialist providers.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCG accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss arising from:
use of the website
reliance upon website content
third-party services
investment outcomes
business decisions
market movements
technological interruptions
delays
inaccuracies supplied by third parties
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCG, its directors, officers, employees and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
18. Suspension and Refusal of Service
SCG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse enquiries, decline introductions, suspend user access or restrict use of the website where we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect our business, users, partner network or compliance obligations. Where an introduction has already been accepted by an independent third-party provider, any continuing relationship shall be governed exclusively by that provider's own terms and conditions.
19. Changes to the Website
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, services or content without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted access.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith discussions in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration in the Republic of Seychelles before either party commences court proceedings, except where urgent injunctive or equitable relief is required.
21. Amendments
SCG may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on the website together with its effective date. Continued use of the website after revised Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

The International Business Company (IBC) is not a licensed financial services provider and does not undertake investment management, financial advisory, fiduciary, custodial or other regulated financial activities. Where appropriate, Strategin Consulting Group facilitates introductions to independent third-party firms that are duly authorised and regulated within their respective jurisdictions. Any regulated services are provided exclusively by those external firms in accordance with their own regulatory obligations, engagement terms and supervisory frameworks. The Company may receive referral fees in connection with certain introductions. Such arrangements do not affect the independence of its strategic advisory perspective or the selection of appropriate specialist providers.
